A program that includes input on man-nature interrelationships, air & water quality updates,Adopt a Water Body Program, signing of Commitment Wall & Distribution ofWOW Commitment Band & Music performance.

 

• CULTURAL NIGHT/ECO-FEST NIGHT

eco-musical, eco-theatrical & eco-dance, presentations by universities/MAWF artist (from cebu and from other cities) performance.

 

• WALK, BIKE, RUN

Instead of the usual parade or motorcade, the community of bikers and runners will be leading this activity while the rest of the participants will choose whether to walk, bike or run from Fuente Osmena to Plaza Independencia.

 

• Symposium:  Healthy you – Healthy Sugbo

Speakers: Dada Dharmavedananda of Ananda Marga Wellness Center, Dr. Romy Paredes of Wellness Land plus 2 more speakers.

 

• Eco-painting contest

The theme is on rehabilitation and protection of all water bodies in Cebu.

 

• Film Showing Booth

Film on health and environment will be shown the whole day.

 

• Palarong Pinoy

For young and old to enjoy traditional Filipino games like

 

• Yoga & Meditation

Regular sessions of yoga and meditation will happen throughout the whole 3 days.

Guided meditation and basic yoga will be handled by Ananda Marga.
